    Many of the frequently asked questions that are asked in the support section have been asked many times before, and get the same answers each time. Before starting a new question, please try searching the on the table of contents.  If you still don’t find your answer to your question, then please send us an inquiry and we shall get back to you at the earliest.

  2. HOW TO REGISTER

    Registering your information on Rayoob is made simple in the most possible user friendly manner. As you register as a ‘Free Member’ or ‘Premium Member’ with each option having its own features on the registration page it self. Please try to choose the most suitable option for your business, and please upload only genuine and accurate information in your respective page section. False information is frowned upon and is a violation or Rayoob’s Terms & Conditions. Uploading of duplicate or repetitive information will be closed or might be deleted. 

    If you have a question about a specific feature, then we suggest visiting that membership option page of Rayoob first, and then continue uploading your information. This has the effect of providing the most genuine and accurate information making it more visible to the visitor and making it more clear what your business is about. You're more likely to get a response this way.

  3. DEFINING YOUR KEYWORDS

    When you register your new business, try to use the appropriate keywords related to your business. Well defined keywords can be the difference for your customers to find you easily on Rayoob.

  4. INCLUDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE

    Put down all the detail you can about your business/services/products/offers etc. If you are seeing errors while uploading, then send us your inquiry. It's best to include summarising the full error.

  5. LINKS TO YOUR SITE

    If your question relates to a specific site or page, please provide a link to it. It may help us when we are trying to help you.

  6. VERIFICATIONS

    Verifications for uploaded business/company/organization/industries/society/firm/club etc will be compulsory as they help in providing genuine and accurate information for the visitors.

  7. WARNING ABOUT ADULT CONTENT

    Uploading of adult content which pertains to sexual activity ob internet for business or pleasure is strictly prohibited. To control some clients who may provide or upload content that is not suitable for a general audience, to avoid creating problems for anyone who are trying to reach you for your business/services/products/offers etc, please upload your local CERTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION of your company/firm/organization/industries/society/club/ etc along with your or copy of your ORIGINAL PASSPORT or INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE or NATIONAL ID CARD otherwise your registration or it’s respective information may not accepted. Our moderators will delete inapropriate content of information they find. 

  8. REPORTING ERRORS

    To report an error, just send us an inquiry with details. All inquiries are checked very regularly by the moderating team. The inquiry form is for reporting issues - abusing this feature in the hopes of attracting the attention of a moderator to your question will not be viewed kindly.

  9. FORUM DISCUSSIONS

    If you would like to discuss an aspect of the business web portal, or report a problem with the support forum itself, there is an inquiry form you can use.  

  10. CLOSING MEMBERSHIPS

    We reserve the right to close members that are non-active  or offensive to the community or have not renewed their annual membership within the renewal time period.

  11. DELETING/EDITING INFORMATION

    We reserve the right to delete contents or information that are off-topic or detrimental to the community. Users can edit their information as and when required from the time of submission. If you have any further inquiries, suggestions, recommendations to help us improve to provide a better service, please let us know right away, contact .

    It is not the general policy to edit or delete contents or information of any business/company/organization/firm/industries/society/club but in extreme circumstances, members of the moderation team might be persuaded to remove sensitive information that has been included in accidentally - but your best course of action is not to publish anything that you wouldn't want to be public. 

  12. DELETING AN ACCOUNT/S

    Accounts are not deleted, not even for obvious spammers. If you don't want to use the business web portal anymore, delete your account. We'll miss you! Usernames are not changed either. If you want to use a different username, then simply create the new username and stop using the old one.
